Zelviro Axis Co. provides kitchen remodeling, cabinet installation, countertop replacement, kitchen design, and renovation services in Rancho Mirage, CA and surrounding areas. All service descriptions are provided in good faith but may be updated without notice.
All free estimates are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Verbal quotes are not enforceable. Final pricing is fixed once a written agreement is executed.
Projected timelines are good-faith estimates and may be affected by material availability, permitting, weather, or change orders requested by the client.
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by our team. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through directly. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Riverside County, California.
